Kat Fraser is a dynamic and highly diverse orthopaedic physiotherapist with 2 particular clinical focuses; Pelvic Health and Sports Injury. A graduate of Western University’s Masters of Physiotherapy program, Kat believes a focused 1-on-1 treatment approach is the key to every patient’s success. As well, Kat believes that not all tools are equal and therefore employs a broad mixture of techniques that can include manual therapy, dry needling and acupuncture, pain science, education, strength and conditioning, functional exercise and good old fashion listening skills!
It’s worth knowing that Kat’s advanced approach to her patient’s care comes from an impressive and uniquely diverse level of professional experiences. Before becoming a physiotherapist in London Ontario, Kat practiced marine biology (yes, that’s right, she was a Marine Biologist!). Although she excelled as a biologist, Kat felt more connected to people, but believes that her advanced education and life experiences have helped shape her professional instincts and are part of her success as a physiotherapist. Of course, Kat isn’t simply successful as a physiotherapist, she’s a stand out. Warm, calm, empathetic and a natural listener; her demeanour and focused approach on her patients wellbeing is what sets her apart.

Kat always takes the time to listen to his patient’s story, understand their unique situation (life, injury, needs and goals), takes the time to answer questions and always ensures that the patient his patients are equal and active partners in a team approach towards recovery.
Outside the clinic, Kat is equally passionate about her hobbies. If you catch her on the ocean she might be sailing, windsurfing or scuba diving, but here in Ontario she’s an avid rock climber and ultimate frisbee player with a love of traveling and the outdoors. She also likes to dabble in a diverse array of music, dance, art, cooking, gardening and games.
